Lore & Trivia

Overview

Grand Blue caps every server at ten players, and that one design choice changes everything about how it plays: the sea feels empty on purpose, world bosses become server-wide events instead of zerg fests, and running into a rival crew actually means something. Developed by the Eternal Pose group — with a lead developer known for work on Fruit Battlegrounds — the game entered Early Access on August 28, 2026, and passed 720K visits within its first weekend. This wiki covers every major system — verified codes, all ten Cursed Fruits, races, stats, bosses, and companions — with official sources checked as of August 31, 2026.

The loop is classic pirate RPG with a few unusual twists. You quest across islands to level up, hunt Cursed Fruits that spawn on trees and plants every hour, train fighting styles under island mentors, and pick a side in the Pirate versus Marine split. Less typical systems include a companion you can raise into a second fighter, a Sulong transformation that only works at night, and life skills — mining, smithing, fishing, cooking, and farming — that feed directly into weapon upgrades.

Verified by Sophia Reed on August 31, 2026 at 14:00 UTC: I built this hub against the official Roblox game listing (universe 6215986499), which confirms the hourly fruit spawns, per-fruit skill level saving, and the Early Access status, and cross-checked island structure and level gates against multiple Early Access playthrough recordings published August 29–31. Anything that rests on a single player report is flagged as such on the relevant subpage rather than stated as fact here.

Core Systems

Cursed Fruits

Ten Cursed Fruits are confirmed in the Early Access build, split across six rarity bands from Uncommon (25% chest odds) to Celestial (0.5%). The official game description confirms two mechanics that matter for long-term planning: fruits spawn in the world every hour, and skill levels are saved per fruit, so experimenting does not wipe your progress. Full drop-rate table and acquisition routes are on the Cursed Fruits page.

Races, Traits, and Sulong

Character creation includes a race roll with rare variants — community reports put the Celestial variant at roughly 0.1% — plus a separate trait system with five rarity tiers and a storage slot. The most unusual find so far is the Sulong transformation: a night-only power-up that starts out uncontrollable. Details and reroll strategy are on the Races & Traits page.

Stats and Combat

Six stats govern your build: Strength, Willpower, Agility, Precision, Energy, and Health. Fruit skills, melee, and guns each scale off different stats, so your point allocation should follow your weapon choice, not a generic template. See the Stats page for the full breakdown.

Islands and Bosses

The Early Access map has three islands: Anchor Town (start), Clown Town (around level 30), and a third island (around level 70). Each island ends in a boss encounter, and a server-wide world boss event cycles in on a timer for much harder fights. Strategies are on the Bosses page.

Companions

Grand Blue lets you raise a companion — the in-game term is more blunt — that levels alongside you, equips gear, can eat a Cursed Fruit of its own, and can even be ridden for faster travel. Early Access players report it can be built strong enough to outfight real players. How it works is on the Companions page.

What Early Access Does Not Have Yet

Save yourself the searching — as of August 31, 2026:

  • Haki is not unlockable. The Willpower stat references it, but no Haki ability exists in the current build.
  • No official Trello board. Any Trello you find is fan-made; the developers have not endorsed one.
  • No fourth island. Progression currently ends after the third island’s questline.
  • Frequent bugs and lag. The developers say so themselves in the official description, and several mechanics (including Sulong’s night detection) misbehave in the current build.

One safety note: the official description warns that exploiting leads to bans. Skip any script or executor “guides” for this game.
