Step 1 — Reach Level 1,000

There is no fast pass — level comes from catching and selling fish, completing Bestiary entries, and earning XP multipliers through perfect catches and rod mastery. Use a high-Luck rod (such as the Mythical Rod or Trident Rod at Stage 5) to maximize catch value and XP per session. Enchant with Hasty to keep lure speed high.

Step 2 — Confirm Submarine Access

Make sure your submarine is built and equipped. You need it to reach Calm Zone in Mariana Veil. If you do not yet have a submarine, continue progressing through the main ocean zones until you unlock it.

Step 3 — Travel to Calm Zone

Set your spawn point or fast-travel to Mariana Veil, then navigate to the Calm Zone. This area sits within Mariana Veil and is only accessible by submarine.

Step 4 — Find the Fabulous Deity NPC
