Re://Adventures traits are passive modifiers rolled onto units, and the pool is built around placement count: Unique maximizes one-placement carries, Celestial feeds damage-over-time units, and Golden turns money farmers into Gold printers. This page lists every trait effect and where to farm rerolls.

Lore & Trivia

Overview

Traits in Re://Adventures work like passive mods: you roll a trait onto a unit and it changes damage, range, attack speed, or Gold output for the rest of that unit's life. Unlike many anime tower defense games, there is no confirmed pity system in the trait pool — recorded coverage describes long stretches without a top roll — so the practical goal is not "perfect trait on everything" but "right trait on the right unit."

The decision rule that separates good trait play from wasted rerolls is placement count. A trait like Unique nearly doubles a unit's value on a one-placement carry, but on a six-placement farmer it is worse than Golden. Read this page together with the unit roster so you roll on units you will actually keep.

Verified by RoboLibrary Editorial on September 26, 2026: Trait names and effect values were cross-checked against a tier-list tracker updated September 24, 2026 and recorded walkthroughs published September 22–23, 2026. The reroll-source list is single-source and reported; effect percentages are tracker-reported and should be treated as approximate.

Trait Strategy by Placement Count

  • One-placement units — Unique is the target. The placement lock costs nothing when the unit could only be placed once anyway, and the damage boost is the largest in the pool. Super Bro and similar carries want this.
  • Four-to-six placement units — Celestial, Divine, or Golden beat Unique, because the placement lock would actively cost you copies. Prime Force (Peace) at 4 placements and Lex Akoman at up to 6 placements are the classic examples.
  • Damage-over-time units — Celestial, since its True Damage buff multiplies Burn and Bleed ticks. This is what makes it the recommended roll for units like Fire Fist, Donut, and reported Bleed units such as Levi.
  • Boss content — Reaper, for its +25% boss damage, once you are farming Infinite bosses rather than clearing Story.
  • Support units — Godspeed, Sniper, or Nimble, because they make buffs, stuns, and slows trigger more often or reach more enemies.
  • Money farmers — Golden, the only trait that increases Gold generation.

Where to Get Trait Rerolls

Reroll Tokens are the currency for rolling traits, and they come from a wider set of sources than just purchases. Reported sources:

  • Press Your Luck mini-game — the hub mini-game is the most direct repeatable source
  • Weekly quests and dailies
  • Level reward codes and milestone codes — many active codes bundle Reroll Tokens (see the codes page)
  • Raid shop
  • Half-hour challenges
  • Battle pass rewards
  • Marineford capsules — the same capsule route that drops Fire Shards

Because several of these reset daily or weekly, a consistent loop of dailies, half-hour challenges, and Press Your Luck runs will outproduce saving up for one big roll session.

Reported Trait Notes

  • No pity system — recorded coverage reports no guaranteed roll threshold in the trait pool; treat "pity" claims as unconfirmed.
  • Reaper buff — a patch in the Update 1 era reportedly buffed Reaper (reported around +25% on top of its base values), moving it above Godspeed for boss content.
  • Community shorthand — the top damage trait is referred to with different shorthand names across community sources; the in-game tier list names it Unique.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best trait in Re://Adventures?

For damage, Unique is the strongest roll — reported around +300% — but only if the unit is one-placement. For four-plus placement units, Celestial or Divine is better, and Golden is best on money farmers.

How do I reroll traits in Re://Adventures?

Spend Reroll Tokens on a unit to roll a new trait. Tokens come from the Press Your Luck mini-game, weekly quests, dailies, raid shop, half-hour challenges, battle pass, Marineford capsules, and many active codes.

Why is placement count important for traits?

Unique locks a unit to one placement. On a unit that could otherwise be placed four or six times, that lock is a real loss, so multi-placement units should take Celestial, Divine, or Golden instead.

Which trait is best for money farming?

Golden is the only trait that boosts Gold generation, and it also adds roughly +30% damage. Put it on C.E.O. or Bulby.

Is there a pity system for Re://Adventures traits?

Recorded coverage reports no guaranteed pity threshold in the trait pool. If a pity system is added, it will show up in patch notes rather than the roll UI.
